I have been a certified Life Coach for over 20 years (PHD, not MD) working with clients from all walks of life and helping them navigate through life's challenges. I have a background in psychology, counseling and health exercise management (NASM Certified Personal Trainer). This allows me to provide a holistic approach to life coaching- bring healing to the Body, Soul and Spirit.
